Resolved

Reduced the strictness of the matching logic in the claim pop‑up to improve usability. Now spaces and capital letters will not impact users claiming their profiles.

Updated the Organisation Custom Report to use the new email process reports and fixed issues where some fields were populated incorrectly
Removed the “Zone” and “Date Revoked” columns, added “Account Name”, and renamed “Business ID” to “Provider ID”
