For refund requests where a participant has received a Current Player Fee Variation for the same organisation on another registration, a note is now displayed on the refund ticket to inform the Admin of the variation

Updated the All Detail Report to ensure any Current Player Fee Variation applied to a registration is shown in the Variation column

Fixed a bug that caused a mismatch between IPSI and PlayFootball when fees changed after the IPSI payment screen had loaded (Participant flow only)
