Added Google Pay and Apple Pay as alternative payment options in the system

Updated the refund finalisation ticket to exclude the service fee
Any new refund finalisation ticket created after this release, once approved, the total refunded amount will display in the refund report, exclusive of the service fee. Existing refund finalisation tickets, once approved, will remain recorded with the service fee (1.3%) included
Payments submitted through the Continue and Pay screen will now redirect to the normal registration confirmation page instead of a pop-up
Fixed a bug where changing a club product from including additional questions from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’ resulted in an application error
