Improved participant record matching during registration to prevent duplicate participant records from being created. When a matching participant record is found with the same first name, last name, date of birth, and linked account (or a record previously created by the same account), the system will reuse the existing record instead of creating a new one

Improved payment processing by creating pending transactions before payment submission, providing better tracking and recovery of payment attempts
